All services will be scheduled only after full booking confirmation and advance payment or token as agreed upon.
Our services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking as per the service selected by the customer.
Vehicles must be in working condition unless informed earlier. No personal items should be left inside the vehicle during transport.
We use standard packing materials. If premium packing is required, additional charges may apply and must be informed in advance.
RK Packers and Movers Ranchi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or any unforeseen situations.
Transit insurance is optional and can be availed upon request. We are not responsible for damages if insurance is not opted for.
RK Packers and Movers Ranchi takes utmost care during the move. However, we are not liable for damages due to poor packing by the client or due to natural wear during transit.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund. No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations.
Full payment must be made as per the agreed terms. Delay in payment may result in withholding of goods until payment is cleared.
The customer must be present during packing and delivery. Ensure valuable and personal belongings are not packed with the shipment.
